Welcome to Cottage Pirouette, a charming 1930's home in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the centre of downtown Victoria, B.C.

After seeing the sites of Victoria, it's nice to relax in a bed and breakfast that looks after your comfort. Our 6 guest rooms feature posturepedic mattresses, rich duvets (hypo-allergenic feather or polyester) plush towels and robes, hair dryers and slippers. A fridge and microwave is available for guest use, and refreshments are offered.

Cafe Pirouette opened in Tokyo in 1984. It was a hit, because of our delicious coffee, home-baking, and care in the fine details, all in a friendly setting. We took that experience and opened Cottage Pirouette, in Lorraine's hometown of Victoria, in 1996. Quality, without being pretentious. People come back for; the good coffee and hearty home-baked breakfasts, the quiet, the beach, the live music, the comfy beds, the relaxed setting, the convenience to all of South Vancouver Island sites.

The young, young-at-heart, romantic couples, and even large groups are comfortable here, and will enjoy features such as line-dried linens, fine china, hand-made soaps, gardens full of flowers, and sounds of the harp and piano. Japanese also spoken.

Cottage Pirouette is just a 5 minute drive from the heart of downtown Victoria, close enough to be convenient....yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. Your cozy B&B is next door to the English Inn and Resort, the perfect wedding location in Victoria, B.C. Macaulay Point and Fleming Beach are less than a 5 minute walk away, where you can enjoy walking trails, rock-climbing, and incredible views of Juan de Fuca Strait and the Olympic Mountains.

Located in the new addition looking out to the front garden, this lovely bedroom offers a generous king bed. Our largest room is offered with a private ensuite bath, which features specially-made floral ceramic tiles and sink in an antique vanity. Our first choice for special occasions.

This room captures both comfort and casual elegance, as it features two twin beds, and pretty windows which look onto the front garden. As Sakura is on the main floor, it's a good choice for those that have problems with stairs. Pretty ensuite bath with a full bathtub and shower.
