Who Needs Marine Emergency Duties
(MED) Certification?

Under current Transport Canada regulations, if you are working on small vessels in a non-pleasure or non-recreational environment you will require some level of marine emergency duty training. The MED Certificate that you need will depend on the size, type and location of where you operate.

Please contact us or your local Transport Canada office ( www.tc.gc.ca ) to determine which level of certification your organization requires.
