We now offer two newly completed ocean view vacation rentals with direct beach access. On site we have an outdoor hot tub, two kayaks that can be rented and massages from Bob Hanley

Each vacation rental unit is:

• One-bedroom,

• A full bath with jetted tub and shower.

The flats are intended for two persons only and have no space for extra guests.

Flats' furnishings include:

• Queen size beds with eiderdowns, feather beds and linens,

• Fireplaces,

• Love seat, chair and breakfast bar with stools,

• All kitchen amenities,

• Towels and sundries,

• TV/DVD, books, and games,

• Washer/dryer,

• Patio table and chairs.

RATES AND POLICIES:

• High season weekly rates are CD$850.

• Low season weekly rates are CD$750

• With a three day minimum we can offer daily rate of CD$130.

• A $200 deposit is taken at booking

• We have a 14 day cancellation policy.

Our property is about 10km to the north of both Courtenay and Comox, just a ten minute drive from the Comox Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Comox Valley Airport (YQQ).
